It’s basically a fact that the UK loves property. And with this admiration for anything immobile comes a wealth of property shows across the country. Here are our Top Five for the year.
Dates: 28th – 29th April & 6th – 7th October
One of the UK’s largest and longest running Property shows, covering both, UK and international property. The show is completely free of charge for attendees, with visitors benefitting from over 100 exhibitors and around 70 seminars. Specialist areas such as the “HMO Zone” and “Invest North” give visitors the opportunity to get an even better understanding of all areas of the UK property market.
Dates: From 1st March through to 25th October
The best thing about this show: multiple locations up and down the country means less travel to visit and a regional focus. Tailored towards working landlords and those looking to invest, the National Landlord Investment Show provides up to date property market advice and invites a range of speakers and suppliers. Again, entry is free and registered attendees can receive up to 5 CPD points towards landlord accreditation.
