Philip Watson joined Sambala Developments Ltd at the beginning of 2005 as the Sales & Marketing Director for the launch of Sambala Village on Santiago Island in Cape Verde. Philip has been involved with the Cape Verde and Africa property market for some time and has been advising clients on the opportunities the Cape Verde Islands will offer as an emerging real estate market and a new exciting tourism destination. Having travelled extensively throughout Africa Philip has a world of knowledge in relation to the buying process and legal issues in Cape Verde.
