Amanda, who has just returned from filming a new series of her show in Tuscany, talks about the property market there and shares her views on the next up and coming areas in which to buy abroad.

Peter Conradi lets us in on a few of the secrets revealed in his new book, “Fly to Let” which is all about how to make the most of buying an overseas property for investment.

Later in the show we open up the discussion for listeners’ questions, covering where best to buy for winter sports and just how important it is to get your own lawyer.
