South Africa triumphs at awards - 4 December 2007

South African golf resort Pezula was celebrating yesterday as they scooped the prestigious Developer of the Year award at the 2007 Homes Overseas Magazine Awards in London.

And the top prize wasn’t the only acclaim won by this luxury development on South Africa’s Garden Route, with further Gold awards picked up for best South African house, best luxury development, best spa development and best fractional ownership scheme. In addition, the development won a Silver award for best golf development, and Bronze awards for the best landscape design and best sustainable development.

In winning the Developer of the Year awards for the second year in succession, Pezula are proving that the standard of their development is once again above others in the industry, and with this in mind, it is hardly surprising that the estate is about to open up it’s final phases to the public.

Chairman of the Pezula Group, Keith Stewart, said, “From inception, Pezula has had one goal in mind – to offer buyers an unprecedented level of quality and luxury in an environment that adds true value to their property investment. These awards reinforce and indeed, recognise that objective and we are truly encouraged going forward with our ongoing development plans, especially those in the fractional arena, with two new products due to be released shortly.”
