BuyAssociation has FREE TICKETS to A Place in the Sun Live, the UK’s only dedicated overseas property exhibition taking place at NEC Birmingham on 30th September – 2nd October 2011 for its readers.
If you’re dreaming of relaxing in the sunshine at your very own overseas home, then a visit our show will give you the opportunity to meet agents and developers from around the world with properties for sale from £20,000 to over £1 million, so there’s bound to be something to suit every taste and budget.
As buying a home abroad is such a major decision, there’s also a packed schedule of free-to-attend seminar sessions, to make sure you’re as informed as possible.
On The Main Stage the A Place in the Sun and A Place in the Sun: Home or Away? presenters from Channel 4, Amanda Lamb, Jasmine Harman and Jonnie Irwin will be giving their top tips on buying abroad safely and sharing their experiences of ten years of house-hunting whilst filming the shows.
As well as sessions in the Buying Advice Seminar Theatre on Spain, Turkey, Italy and emigration for those thinking of leaving the UK for good, there are six feature areas within the show where you can find out more detailed information about buying your dream pad in the sun.
The French Village
The French Village sponsored by Halo Financial features a wide selection of properties from across France and a dedicated seminar theatre where you can learn how to avoid legal pitfalls when buying your French home, how to plan for your healthcare when living in France and how to make the most of France as a tax haven.
The Portuguese Pavilion
Still one of the favourite destinations for Brits to buy abroad, Portugal offers sun, sand, sea and golf. The Portuguese Pavilion in association with the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce is the place to go if you want to look at the choice of properties currently on offer here.
The Fractional Pavilion
Brand new for this show is The Fractional Pavilion in association with The Fractional Ownership Consultancy. If you’re dreaming of your own pad in the sun, but don’t want the cost or hassle of buying alone then a visit to The Fractional Pavilion will allow you to meet the agents offering a range of properties around the world and there are also free seminars where you can find out about the different fractional options available to you.
