Holding back the years

For those of us who take pride in our appearance and feel younger than we look, there are many ways to wind back the clock! If you do not want to go down the surgical route just yet, or you have had surgery and just want to refresh, here is one option out of a plethora of magazine and media promises that offer the secret of “eternal youth”.

This is time of year when we are starting to think about the approaching winter festivities, we want to look good and feel great. Nothing looks more glamorous than radiant moisture-plumped skin and although we know that good skin is largely inherited, regular sleep, relaxation, exercise and healthy diet all play a large part.

So what can we do to put our best party face forward? We’ll there are a multitude of treatments available in beauty salons, but there is a limit as to how effective they are on skin that is maturing. Stimulating muscles with massages will bring a temporarily glow, but skin that is not taut on the muscle will not benefit from products or vitamins taken internally as they are not reaching the surface where it shows.

Without the need to have surgical enhancement, TCA peels are a very effective way to reveal the new you, and this is done in a medical environment, under medical supervision with qualified doctors.
