Cheryl Markosky
Property Journalist
Cheryl Markosky is a freelance national property journalist contributing to the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Ireland on Sunday, Independent, Financial Times, Sunday Times, Daily and Sunday Telegraph. She also writes for magazines including She, Show House, Homes Overseas, House Hunters in the Sun, Property Review and London Lettings.
Cheryl joined Adrian Mills on the first of our First Time Buyer Radio Shows. She also contributed to a number of Podcasts including Choosing an Estate Agent, Property Surveys and Freehold and Leasehold.
Duncan Farmer
Property Journalist
Duncan Farmer is a freelance journalist writing mainly about overseas property for the Mail on Sunday. He also writes for investment magazines and regularly contributes to radio shows on buying homes abroad. He studied languages at university and has lived in France and Russia, and now lives in Winchester with his fiancee. He is a keen golfer but is generally disappointed with the standard of courses being built around new property developments.

Frazer Fearnhead

Frazer Fearnhead is co-founder of the Armchair Property Investor, an investment consultancy he set up when he realised that there was a gap in the market for a company that could source excellent below market value property deals combined with a high level of advice and personal service. He has over 10 years experience in property investment and a personal portfolio of 19 properties.

Tom Tagney
Partner, Knight Frank
Tom Tangney has been involved in the central London property market since 1982 and has gained a considerable working knowledge of the market in that time. In 1996 Tom was admitted as a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents which is the UK’s largest professional body for estate agents. Tom joined Knight Frank in London’s Kensington in 2000 and became a Partner of the firm in 2007.

Pascal Wensink
Associate Director, EPR Architects Limited
Pascal Wensink studied Architecture at Kingston University, Southbank University and Delft Technical University. He has worked for Architectural Practices in London, France and Morocco but is now an Associate Director at EPR Architects Limited. His projects range from domestic scale contemporary conversions to large scale commercial developments and onto Urban Design Strategies. He is on the judging panel for the What House Awards, Homes Overseas Awards and has been involved in Architectural Open House for the last 10 years.
