Selling at auction (Survival Books)

A property auctioneer (a member of the MRICS/FRICS) will advise whether a property is suitable to sell at auction. Other properties commonly sold at auction are houses requiring renovation or complete restoration or properties for conversion (such as barns) with planning permission.
