Our commission rates are also flexible, and are regularly reviewed depending upon sales. Ranging from tracked banner placement, our commissions gradually increase for displaying our properties on your website, or in your office and finally culminate with our highest option, designed for professional and well established real estate agents.

How it Works?

Either you can place a tracked banner to us on your website that carries a 90 day cookie, allowing us to see where an enquiry has come from, or you can upload properties of your choice from our site on to your website. You can also offer our properties for sale at your shop or office, or print them to show to your acquaintances on paper.

It is basically up to you to decide which promotional method will work for you best. If you don't have a website, you can just place a link (containing your unique code) in your email, forums or blog sites. All enquiries will still be tracked. If you are a professional estate agent, with a well established business, well known locally or nationally in your country, we would recommend you join us as an "Associate Partner". With this option you will get the highest possible commissions. Send us an enquiry about the 'Associate Partner' option.

Commissions

Depending on how you choose to work with us, we can offer Payment per Lead, Payment per Sale, or a combination of both. It's entirely up to you. We pay at regular intervals, to a bank account of your choice.

What else?

All affiliates and partners have full access to our online affiliate system, allowing them to manually add their clients to the affiliates database, view their sales and commissions in real time and also to view their clients' actual enquiries, as well as having full support from our affiliates manager.
